1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Velmoryx Group Corp, the operator of Little Ones Apparel at littleonesapparel.net. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Little Ones Apparel is not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. When using Little Ones Apparel, you agree not to:

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact [email protected] with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer available — initiate a return instead (Section 10).

7. Delivery Terms

Orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery period of 5-7 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Velmoryx Group Corp is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or force majeure.

9. Product Descriptions

Velmoryx Group Corp strives for accuracy in product listings. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or specifications are entirely accurate. Product colors may vary due to monitor calibration. Contact [email protected] with questions before ordering.

8. Refunds

To return an item, contact [email protected]. All returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center. Do not send returns to our corporate address.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

11. Payment Terms

Little Ones Apparel accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is required at the time of order. By submitting payment, you authorize Velmoryx Group Corp to charge the total amount including taxes and shipping.

Charges will appear on your billing statement as “LITTLEONESAPPAREL*”. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Velmoryx Group Corp may change pricing at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velmoryx Group Corp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Little Ones Apparel.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velmoryx Group Corp from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
